I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the castle and river. The hotel arranged transportation for me, which was affordable and convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I had a wonderful experience.

The room was very comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food, although the baked beans were questionable. We never had trouble finding a table. Our room on the fourth floor had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the river and castle. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop bar had great views.

Fairly clean, fantastic central hotel with beautiful location next to the river. The continental breakfast had lots of delicacies and was gorgeous. Courteous staff, smooth check-in. It was excellent 4 days, would come here again.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the river, castle, and main square. The rooftop restaurant offers lovely views, and the main restaurant is also good. The breakfast had a fantastic selection and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return to this hotel if we visit again.

I was really surprised by the location of the hotel, as it was within a short walking distance to the old town square. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast offered a nice variety and was well-prepared. I appreciated the provision of still and fizzy water in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The riverside location, just below Wawel Castle, was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were basic but cleaned every day with fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast offered a variety of food, including homemade sweets and decent coffee, at reasonable prices.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
